* Sett tidspunkt for målingen
* Sett hvor stor smerten fra 0 til 10, hvor 10 er størst smerter
* Markere på figuren hvor på kroppen smerten. Du kan markere flere punkter både på kroppens forside og bakside, men det anbefales heller å legge inn flere smertemålinger hvor hver type smerte slik at du får registrert hvor stor smerten er for hver enkelt
* Skriv eventuelt en kommentar
