For å bruke HEAL med mobilapp eller nettleser, så må ha registrert en konto. Du blir da HEAL-medlem. Det er et gratis-medlemskap, samt et Pluss-medlemskap som kan kjøpes på mobilen og koster 199 kr per måned eller 1890 for ett år.

Du er HEAL Pluss inntil abonnementet blir sagt opp, og da vil du bli ha gratis-medlemskap inntil din konto eventuelt blir avsluttet. Du avslutter din konto via [innstillingene i appen](/app/innstillinger.md) eller ved å sende en epost til [support@healmed.no](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-M2-3GiHsfMF5wEJbtFd/support@healmed.no). Du kan også sende til denne epostadressen alle typer spørsmål du måtte ha til kundeforholdet, HEAL-appen og forumet.
